TSW helpful tips

Now I’m not medically trained and everyone’s bodies are different. I would just like to put out there what is helping me deal with this…

Zinc and castor oil

Me being the sensitive soul I am cant use many creams as they include stuff my whole fecking body is allergic or intolerant to.

So I bought 1 bottle of castor oil

1 packet of zinc oxide powder

Mixed them together and voila. Your very own cream without the nasties in.

It comes out totally white and you have to Rock that look but it’s so cooling and takes the itch right away

Calendula oil 100% pure

I dont make this I buy it. Calendula has great healing properties for skin. Just a few drops on your finger and rub into your lips. It reduced the redness for me.

Skin nasties

I’m trying to use skin products that dont contain nasties. When I say nasties I mean that could irritate. Some examples of the nasties that my skin doesn’t like..

Linalool

Bees wax or cera Alba as most retailers like to call it !

Lanolin

Paraffin, liquid, hard, soft, yellow

Petroleum or petrolatum

Wheat germ or any wheat products

Cinnamol. This is a drying agent.

If you are experiencing problems like me, it might be worth checking your products to find out if any of those nasties are included. Now I’m not saying you will have an intolerance or irritability to these products but its worth considering if you’re reacting. I found keeping a diary helped me eliminate products and ingredients.
